Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the final purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of the auction's closing. We do not accept a credit card for escrow money. The remaining balance shall be paid at closing, which must occur within thirty (60) days of auction date or ten (10) days following court approval, whichever is later. All closing and settlement fees, including but not limited to surveys, inspections, reports, title insurance, any/all ad valor em taxes due are the Buyer's responsibility.
